Dear KATS members,

We are in the process of updating our member records and we need your help.  Please email your current contact information to Aaron Sciascia, KATS secretary at asciascia@kyats.com.  Please include your first and last name, mailing address, place of employment, telephone number, email address, and county you are employed in.  Please submit this information by July 30, 2010. 

In an effort to improve our organization, we have proposed multiple changes to the KATS by-laws.  These proposed changes are linked  HERE.  As a member of KATS, your opinion is greatly valued therefore the Executive Council is asking that you review the changes and offer any suggestions for improving the language of this document.  There will be a 2 month period for you to review and comment on the proposal with the deadline being August 31, 2010.  After this period has lapsed, we will mail out post cards asking you to either approve or reject the changes.  We strongly encourage you to participate in this process.
